Our
company is located in the Hecheng Town The Third Industrial Zone, Heshan City, Jiangmen
and covers an area of about 45,000 m². Our company mainly produces cold
rolled and hot rolled aluminum plate, aluminum coil, aluminum strip, aluminum circle,
aluminum rod, as well as other kinds of aluminum products.
Our
company has three sets of aluminum casting melting furnaces 200×680×1450 hot-rolling production line; 2 lines of diameter 280×660×1450 cold-rolling producing equipment. Moreover, we have 2 lines of strip
producing equipment, 8 lines of plate and stamping producing equipment; the water annealing
production line and the box annealing furnace platform are three each.
In
2011, we qualified ISO9001-2000 Quality Certification System; in 2016, we
approved the National High and New Technology Enterprise. In recent years, our
factory researched and developed up to 14 projects independently, with the
proprietary intellectual property and manufacturing technology.
Based
on the high competition around the world-wide aluminum market, in 2017 our
factory spent 150 million on new equipment – the Hazelett Continuous Casting
and Rolling machine. This project will be finalized in 2018, which improves our
competition in the whole market by lower cost and higher quality.
Our
products cover diversified alloys, formats, grades and applications of aluminum
plate, aluminum coil, aluminum strip, aluminum circle and aluminum rod. Our
products specified deep drawing use, tensile strength reach 125-135 PMa,
elongation is 25-30%. Our products have well-developed in the cookware and new
energy vehicle area while the factory has established. In recent years, we
strongly developed our products’ applications. Moreover, our company is
diversified product chain and covered widely requested customers.
